Elpida Ranch, a small farm! Here you will find horses, ponies, donkey "Capri", cats, dogs, and guinea pigs.

The horses are trained in western riding style! No experience with western riding? No problem! You will receive a short introduction in our riding arena so you can get a good feel for this unique riding style.

Elpida Ranch wants you to fully enjoy the hours with the horses. Therefore, the animals are individually cared for and protected from mass tourism. It is important that each horse builds a good bond with its rider.

You also contribute to the horses getting used to you. Each ride starts with basic rituals, such as brushing the horse and, if you can, cleaning the hooves. At the end of each ride, the focus is on brushing and rewarding your faithful companion.

Before each ride, you will receive an introduction to western riding and an explanation of the commands our horses respond to. Then you will practice in the arena for 10 to 15 minutes to become more familiar with your four-legged partner.
